These super easy and delicious chicken sliders by @theshayspence (a contestant on Gordan Ramsey’s Next Level Chef) use frozen chicken nuggets and pre-made flaky layers of biscuit (like Pillsbury) to create the most adorable, bite-sized sandwiches you and your little ones have ever seen!

You will need:

  • 20 frozen chicken nuggets
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or not)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)
  • A 10-count tube of flaky layers biscuit (pre-made original size, not grands)
  • Round pickle slices, for garnish
  • Ranch dressing, for serving
  • Toothpicks

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place one chicken nugget in each cup of a standard sized muffin tin (you may need 2 trays) and heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Whisk together your melted butter, honey, hot sauce, and seasonings. Once nuggets are done, toss them in while still hot to coat them with the sauce.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and pull apart each piece of biscuit dough into 2 separate pieces. Place one layer on the bottom, then top with chicken nugget and place the other one on top. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Skewer a pickle on top of each sandwich and serve with ranch dressing. Enjoy!
